D-Day Canadian Heritage: Juno Beach
Quick Facts
Explore Canada's WWII legacy on the Normandy coast where the 3rd Canadian Infantry Division landed on June 6, 1944. This itinerary combines the Juno Beach Centre's museum with a walk along the historic beach and the Cross of Lorraine monument. The museum is closed in January and has reduced winter hours. Bunker tours with Canadian guides are available April through October only. Advance online booking is recommended for the Juno Beach Centre, especially during summer months and around the June 6 anniversary.
