Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 17, 2025

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Loro planner. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our travel planning service, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using Loro planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Important: Loro planner is currently a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) operated by an individual. The Service is provided free of charge for informational purposes only. We do not process bookings, payments, or reservations. This is a travel planning tool, not a booking platform.

This Service is intended for general audiences and can be used by all ages. However, if you are under 18 years of age, you should use this Service with parental or guardian supervision, especially when planning actual travel arrangements.

Note: While anyone can browse and use our planning tools, actual travel booking and arrangements require compliance with age-related requirements of airlines, hotels, and other service providers (typically 18+).

2. Service Description

Loro planner is a travel planning platform that provides:

  • Pre-calculated travel itineraries for various destinations with day-by-day activity plans
  • Cost estimates for accommodation, food, activities, and transportation
  • Attraction information including schedules, prices, and visitor details
  • Transportation options with estimated travel times and costs
  • Planning tools to help you organize and prepare for trips

2.1 What We Are NOT

Loro planner is NOT:

  • A booking platform - we do not process reservations or payments
  • A travel agency - we do not arrange or sell travel services
  • A guarantee of availability - attractions, hotels, and transport must be booked separately
  • A real-time pricing service - prices are estimates and may change

2.2 Purpose and Value

Our Service is designed to save you significant time in travel planning. What might take weeks of manual research, we aim to provide in minutes. The value proposition is:

  • Time Savings: Comprehensive trip plans that would take weeks to create manually
  • Cost Transparency: Realistic budget estimates before you commit
  • Accessibility: Making professional-level trip planning available to everyone
  • Decision Support: Helping you determine if a trip is worth pursuing

You remain responsible for booking all travel components through appropriate platforms (airlines, hotels, attraction websites, etc.).

3. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

We strive for high accuracy in all information provided on Loro planner. Our data is collected from various reliable sources:

3.1 Types of Information and Accuracy

  • Attraction Information: Sourced directly from official attraction websites, including opening hours, ticket prices, and visitor information. Generally highly accurate but subject to change by the attraction operator.
  • Transportation Costs: Based on real pricing data from transportation providers. Prices are accurate at the time of data collection but may vary depending on booking date, time, and availability.
  • Accommodation Estimates: Average prices based on market data for the destination. Actual costs will vary significantly depending on your choice of hotel, booking date, and season.
  • Food & Dining Estimates: Average daily food costs based on local market data and typical tourist spending. Your actual costs may vary based on dining preferences and choices.

3.2 Expected Variance and Limitations

Important: While we aim for high accuracy, expect potential variances of 10-15% in cost estimates. This variance is primarily due to:

  • We cannot predict which specific hotels you will choose
  • Individual dining preferences and choices vary significantly
  • Prices fluctuate based on season, demand, and booking timing
  • Special promotions or price changes may occur after data collection
  • Currency exchange rates fluctuate

3.3 User Responsibility to Verify

YOU MUST VERIFY ALL INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING OR MAKING TRAVEL DECISIONS.

Our Service provides planning estimates and guidance. You are responsible for:

  • Confirming current prices with actual service providers
  • Verifying attraction opening hours and availability
  • Checking transportation schedules and booking requirements
  • Ensuring accommodation availability and pricing
  • Reviewing cancellation policies and travel restrictions
  • Obtaining appropriate travel insurance
  • Checking visa requirements and travel advisories

3.4 Data Sources and Attribution

Information provided on Loro planner is aggregated from publicly available sources, including:

  • Official attraction and tourism websites
  • Government tourism databases
  • Transportation provider websites and APIs
  • Publicly available market data and pricing information
  • Local tourism boards and official guides

We do not claim ownership of factual information about attractions, cities, or destinations. Such information is presented for informational purposes with attribution to original sources where applicable.
